Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal! Upon your arrival, our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. You have the evening at your leisure to relax and unwind after your flight.Kathmandu Valley encompasses three old kingdoms: Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Kathmandu valley is ornate with palaces, intricate pagodas and monumental stupas which are a testament to the artistic talent of the Newars (natives of the valley). The Newari craft was held in high regard by the kings of Malla and the Mongol rulers of 18th-century China. The Gopala and Kirati dynasties were the first rulers, followed by Licchavi (300-879 AD), who flourished in trade and crafts.

Kathmandu SightseeingVisit first the iconic Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple. Situated atop a hill, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. Experience the tranquillity and spiritual essence of Kopan Monastery, nestled in the hills of Kathmandu. Connect with a monk who will guide you through a personalized meditation practice, allowing you to delve deeper into your inner self and find inner peace in the sacred surroundings of the monastery.
Next, visit Boudhanath, Nepal’s largest stupa and another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Participate in a private Solka Puja, a traditional prayer ceremony, conducted by the monks at Guru Lakhang Monastery. Fly To PokharaAfter an early breakfast, either transfer to the airport for a quick flight to Pokhara or embark on the scenic drive to Pokhara.

Trek to GhandrukBegin the day with a revitalizing morning yoga session and a singing bowl session by the tranquil Phewa Lake, connecting your mind, body, and soul.
Afterwards, embark on a picturesque drive to Ghandruk, a little stone village nestled amongst the Himalayan foothills. After lunch, take a short 2-3 hour hike to the Jhinu Danda Hot Spring and Waterfall. Upon reaching the waterfall, take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the waterfall or nearby hot springs. After enjoying the waterfall and its surroundings, begin the return hike back to Ghandruk, retracing your steps. Arrive back in Ghandruk in the early evening, where you can relax and rejuvenate at your lodge. After breakfast, begin the trek to Tadapani, enjoying the picturesque landscapes and beautiful rhododendron forests along the way. Trek to GhorepaniEarly morning yoga before beginning the trek to Ghorepani, ascending through lush forests and enjoying breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Spend the evening enjoying the cozy atmosphere of Ghorepani and preparing for the early morning hike to Poon Hill. An afternoon yoga-infused session that focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility through gentle asanas (postures).

Trek to Poonhill and return to PokharaStart the day with an early morning hike to Poon Hill, ascending to an altitude of 3,210 meters, to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the Himalayas. After soaking in the breathtaking views, return to Ghorepani for breakfast. Descend to Nayapul, passing through beautiful landscapes and traditional villages. Upon reaching Nayapul, drive back to Pokhara. Arrive in Pokhara for an evening rejuvenating yoga session that focuses on relaxation, deep stretching, and meditation to unwind after the trek. Spend the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Pokhara SightseeingAn early morning cable car ride to Sarangkot, a hilltop located at an altitude of 1,592 meters, Sarangkot offers panoramic views of the Himalayan mountain range, including the magnificent peaks of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).
Continue to visit Pumdikot, a captivating viewpoint, featuring a magnificent 51-foot-high statue of Lord Shiva, situated at an altitude of 1,500 meters with vistas of the Pokhara valley with the Himalayan range along the horizon. Visit the serene Shanti Stupa (the term “Shanti” translates to “peace” in Sanskrit, encapsulating the essence of this tranquil shrine), Nepal proudly boasts two of the world’s eight peace pagodas, with the other located in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha. From the Shanti Stupa in Pokhara, you can revel in breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Annapurna Mountains and the lakeside city of Pokhara.
Return to Pokhara and indulge in leisurely activities for the rest of the day. You may also opt to engage in adventurous activities like paragliding, ziplining, boating, or cooking lessons in the surrounding hills.
